Interim HealthCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for day shift home health visits. In this role, you’ll provide direct nursing care, administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor vital signs in patients’ homes. You’ll follow individualized care plans, document accurately, and communicate changes to RNs, physicians, and families.
