International Sport Motors is looking for a Junior Collision Estimator to support our busy collision center while learning from an experienced estimator and leadership team. You'll gain hands-on experience writing estimates, assisting customers, coordinating repairs, and becoming a key part of our production process.

What You'll Do

• Write and assist with customer estimates
• Welcome customers and explain the repair process
• Schedule repairs and coordinate appointments
• Assist the lead estimator with daily workflow
• Communicate with customers throughout the repair process
• Perform walk-around vehicle inspections
• Help coordinate production between the office and the shop
• Work closely with technicians, painters, and production staff
• Learn estimating software, blueprinting, and insurance procedures

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of collision repair shop experience
• Previous experience in collision estimating, parts, customer service, or service advising preferred
• Comfortable interacting with customers in a professional manner
• Understanding of collision repair procedures and vehicle damage
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Computer proficiency and willingness to learn estimating systems
• Positive attitude and desire to build a long-term career
