Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to provide clinical and operational leadership for an inpatient care team. In this role, you will oversee daily unit operations, coordinate safe, high-quality patient care, and support a collaborative, patient-first culture. You will mentor and evaluate nursing staff, manage staffing and resources, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, and partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to drive excellent outcomes, continuous improvement, and professional growth across the unit and broader LVHN system.
