The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced Full-Time Registered Diet Tech to our healthcare & food service team in Natchitoches, LA. As a Registered Diet Tech, you will have the opportunity to assist with meal tickets, managing diets, and assisting with our net menu system.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing residents diets through our Netmenu system.
• Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service.
• Ensuring that the business runs in a professional, efficient, and profitable manner.
• Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• At least two years’ foodservice experience.
• Proven track record of financial responsibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.

Nice-to-haves:

• ServSafe Manager certification.
• Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree.

Compensation:

• $28.00 per hour
