Full job description
Seeking a full time(1.0FTE) Family Medicine physician to work with collaborative and compassionate group of Caregivers.
Join a clinic utilizing a medical home model of care working directly with a group of clinicians to provide collaborative, evidence-based care while working in a medical clinic with clinicians in family medicine and internal medicine. On-site lab.

We offer the unique opportunity
System-wide Epic EMR
Guaranteed first-year income: Family Medicine = $307,673.60 (based on 1.0 FTE)
Employment Bonus
Relocation stipend based on miles between locations
Education Loan Reimbursement program (if applicable and eligible)
CME: up to $3,300 per calendar year for CME and/or professional dues/fees (based on 1.0 FTE; prorated for lower FTE)

Requirements:
M.D. or D.O. or foreign equivalent degree
Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited U.S. Family Medicine Residency or RCPSC-accredited Canadian Family Medicine Residency
Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon (or ability to obtain unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon prior to hire)
