Production Technician III

Job Summary: As a Production Technician III you will be the one leading the production floor. As a lead both production I and II technicians will come to you for help or to ask questions about the station and job that day. You will have to move around workers depending on what is needed that day and also fill in where they are needed. For that reason, knowledge in every station is a must. A lead will also deal with transferring items between departments and making sure all stations have what they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to be in any repetitive assembly stations.
• Understand the material requirements for all stations.
• The ability to train someone at multiple stations.
• Understand why the task is being performed, that results towards the final product and be able to explain it to someone else.
• Keeping up with Inventory and transfer items

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requirements: High School Diploma (or equivalent).
  • Computer skills( Excel, Word), ERP System, Glue machine/Urethane Machine/ Tablet app
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong work ethic
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of safety procedures
  • Punctual
  • Able to work as a team and alone

Preferred Experience

• 1-2 years of tenure

• Employment Type: Full-time (40+ hours per week)
• Shift: Typical daytime hours

Salary and Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
