Full job description
Good Samaritan is seeking a mission-driven LPN for our Long Term Care team. The LPN will deliver compassionate, high-quality, whole-person nursing care to residents, many from underserved communities. Responsibilities include medication administration, treatments, vital sign monitoring, wound care, and assisting with ADLs while maintaining dignity and safety. The LPN collaborates closely with physicians, RNs, therapists, and support staff, documents care in the EMR, and supports infection control and regulatory standards in our faith-inspired, community-focused environment.
