Preferred RN experience in inpatient or outpatient Pediatrics.
There will be training requirements in Urbana before transitioning to Bloomington full time.
Delivers and coordinates competent care for patients and families within the designated practice area. Adheres to established standards of care and scope-of-practice requirements while maintaining complete, accurate documentation. Acts as preceptor and supports the development of other staff and healthcare students. Provides health, wellness, and patient education to individuals and groups. Performs telephone triage for patients. Directs and supervises care provided by other healthcare personnel.
