OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Cedars Healthcare Center, a skilled nursing and rehab facility in Leonardtown, MD, seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this on-site role, you will evaluate residents, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and focus on improving function, safety, and quality of life for adults and seniors in short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory care. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in our resident-centered, family-like culture, documenting progress, educating families, and supporting safe discharge planning while advancing your clinical skills within the CommuniCare network.
