What You'll Do

As Kitchen Manager, you'll report directly to the Executive Chef while helping lead a scratch kitchen serving lunch and dinner.

This is a true working leadership role where you'll:

• Lead and develop a team of 15-20 Back-of-House employees.
• Oversee kitchen operations in the Executive Chef's absence.
• Work the expo line and support the kitchen during service.
• Coach, train, and develop culinary team members.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, purchasing, food cost, and labor management.
• Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Foster a positive, accountable kitchen culture.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of Kitchen Manager, Executive Sous Chef, Culinary Manager, or Sous Chef leadership experience.
• Current experience in a full-service scratch kitchen.
• Strong understanding of food cost, labor management, inventory, purchasing, and scheduling.
• Hands-on leadership style—you enjoy working alongside your team.
• Passion for developing people and building strong kitchen cultures.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
• Desire to grow into an Executive Chef role within the next year.

Compensation & Benefits

• $25-$29 per hour
• Approximately 55-hour workweek with built-in overtime
• Annual earnings of approximately $75,000+
