Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or similar
• Admission to the State Bar of California
• Minimum of 8 years of legal experience in employment law
• Proven track record as a trusted legal advisor to clients
• Possession of at least a partial book of portable business***
• Experience representing clients before:

- EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission)
- DFEH (Department of Fair Employment and Housing)
- DLSE (Division of Labor Standards Enforcement)
- CUIAB (California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board)
