- Support doTERRA's success by leading the global Hazardous Materials/Dangerous Goods Compliance program
- This role will help ensure that all departments are in compliance with doTERRA's HazMat/DG policy and procedures
- This includes all global movements (air/ocean/ground) of both raw material and finished goods
- Compiles and maintains Hazardous Communication documentation
- Inspects inbound/outbound cases for compliance
- Keeps records of all non-compliant incidents
- Responds to Hazmat queries (broken cases, leaking product, questionable products)
- Maintains all company MSDS'
- Follows standard operation procedures for receiving, handling, packaging and shipping of hazardous material
- Enforces compliance with all federal, state and local regulations and procedures required for processing hazardous material
- Negotiates the flow of hazardous material throughout the organization
- Follows recordkeeping procedures required by federal regulations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 0-1+ years of experience
- Previous experience in hazardous material transportation, handling and storage preferred
- Datatrax experience preferred
- Ability to conduct training classes
- Ability to operate a personal computer for data entry and reporting using MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to gain a working understanding of Warehouse/Fulfillment Operations with training
- Actively participates and collaborates with others on one's own team and across doTERRA for the achievement of business goals
- Proactive attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize and plan and see things through to the end
