Director of Rehabilitation Services – Healthcare

Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a Director of Rehab to lead therapy services in a healthcare facility. In this full-time leadership role, you will oversee PT, OT, SLP, and allied rehab teams, manage caseloads, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include staff supervision, scheduling, interdisciplinary collaboration, documentation oversight, and performance improvement.
