Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients presenting with orthopedic conditions, including sports injuries, postoperative needs, and chronic pain scenarios.
  • Design and execute individualized treatment plans based on the latest evidence-based practices, ensuring that all therapies align with patient-specific goals.
  • Implement a range of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training to rehabilitate mobility, strength, and physical function.
  • Educate patients on best practices for injury prevention, promote understanding of movement mechanics, and develop tailored home exercise programs for continued recovery.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with orthopedic physicians, physician assistants, and the broader medical team to discuss patient progress and refine treatment approaches for optimal outcomes.
  • Monitor patient progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to foster the best rehabilitation results possible.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans within our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance and continuity of care.

Qualifications

  • A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada is required to practice.
