COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Primary Care Physician (FNP, AGNP)
  • Up to $155K annual salary with experience
  • $40,000 Signing bonus
  • Comprehensive benefits with 28 days of PTO, 5% match on 401K, and $2,500 CME allowance
  • 3% annual merit pay increase with quality performance
  • $20K relocation assistance
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Primary Care Physician (FNP, AGNP)
  • 100% Outpatient - primary focus on Geriatrics patient-population
  • Preventative care focus on Chronic conditions to reduce hospitalization
  • Well trusted, Physician-lead healthcare org. with over 120+ locations in 15 states
  • Patient-focused, small patient panel – 450 patients max
  • Monday – Friday shift-schedule, No Weekend
  • Dedicated care team for full support, as well as On-site lab, Pharmacy, and X-Ray
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Primary Care Physician (FNP, AGNP)
  • BC / BE - FNP and AGNP providers welcome to apply
  • 2+ years of practice experience preferred
  • Seeking bi-lingual providers for patient-needs - fluent in Spanish
