Ready Mix Plant Manager

CalPortland is seeking a Ready Mix Plant Manager to oversee daily operations of a ready-mix concrete plant within our mining and materials network. In this role, you will manage production scheduling, batching quality, inventory, and equipment reliability while ensuring strict adherence to safety and environmental standards. You will lead and develop plant staff, coordinate with dispatch, sales, and maintenance teams, and track KPIs to optimize productivity and cost.
