Residential Living Assistant

Milton Hershey School seeks a dedicated Residential Living Assistant to support students in a structured, nurturing home environment. In this on-campus role, you will supervise and mentor children in grades pre-K–12, reinforcing positive behaviors, routines, and life skills. Responsibilities include overseeing daily activities, supporting academic and social development, ensuring safety, and responding to crises using established protocols.
