SSM Health is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Family Medicine Physician to join our thriving practice in the prestigious Boulevard area of Richmond Heights, Missouri. Position Highlights:
Full-Time Opportunity : 1.0 FTE position with consistent Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm schedule
Financial Security : Two-year guaranteed salary with attractive $20,000 sign-on bonus
Practice Growth : Join a practice experiencing rapid expansion with immediate new patient availability
Patient Volume : Build your practice quickly within first two years, eventually seeing 18-20 patients daily
Modern Facilities : Work in a spacious practice with 10 exam rooms, a provider collaboration area, and shared offices
Outpatient Focus : 100% outpatient practice - no hospital rounding or inpatient responsibilities
Minimal Call : Extremely light call burden with dedicated after-hours RN triage system

Providers manage their patient calls when necessary
Comprehensive after-hours RN triage system handles most patient concerns
Typically phone-based consultations
Extremely rare after-hours requirements
No hospital or ER call responsibilities
