Valley Center seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate individualized care plans with an interdisciplinary team. You’ll monitor changes in condition, respond to emergencies, and educate patients and families to support safe recovery and long-term health. RNs at Valley Center follow strict infection control and regulatory standards while contributing to quality improvement efforts and mentoring support staff.
