Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City is hiring for an experienced Registered Nurse to join their Intermediate Progressive Care Unit. This nursing team provides care to post-surgical and medical short stay patients in a fast-paced environment with various acuity levels.
This Registered Nurse position on the Intermediate PCU will allow you to build relationships with your patients in a positive environment led by supportive and engaging leadership that believes in developing a strength driven career path. This is a great opportunity to master your nursing skills while learning new skills and growing your career.

- Variety in acuity levels, conditions and treatments
- ICU Stabilization
- Work with patients across all specialties
- High Patient Turn Over
- Post-Surgical and Medical Patients
The Work:
- Accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
- Responsible for performing patient care delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies rules guidelines
