Salary Range:
$53,400.00-$71,200.000
The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.

We're a leading manufacturer of high-performance microwave cable assemblies, and we're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Woodridge, IL. If you're passionate about precision engineering and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role is for you.
What you'll do
- Perform engineering activities related to the development and manufacture of 50-ohm microwave cable assemblies
- Create and review technical drawings, including customer-provided specifications and documentation.
- Generate drawing packages, Bills of Materials, and manufacturing routings.
- Develop clear and detailed assembly instructions, as well as design assembly and test fixtures.
- Execute experiments and utilize data to drive decisions.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional internal teams and external parties.
- Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required to support business needs.
What you need
- Mechanical Engineering degree from 4-year program (required)
- 0-3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment (required)
- Experience with creating 3D Models of components and assemblies in Autodesk Inventor (plus)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multi-tasking (required)
- Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees) (required)
- Must have excellent computer skills (Excel, Word) (required)
- MRP/ERP system experience (plus)
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills (required)
