ObGyn physician job in Michigan : Job Description & Requirements
Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Call 24 Pay Rate: $ - $

This facility is seeking an Obstetrics Hospitalist Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

  • Schedule: 24-hour Pager Call, 7a-7a
  • Job Setting: Hospital
  • Types of Cases: SuctionDilation and curettage, Laparoscopy, Read Non-Stress Tests, CaesareanSections, and Tubal Ligations
  • Support: 3 PA's, Midwives on L&D floor every night from 7p-7a for additional coverage, provider is only called by midwife if help absolutely needed
  • Certifications and license required: Will consider Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) but Michigan license preferred, must have Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Epic
