RN Acute Care Transplant / Thoracic

UCHealth seeks an RN for our Acute Care Transplant/Thoracic unit. In this role, you’ll deliver complex, evidence-based care to thoracic and transplant patients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, monitoring post-operative and medically fragile patients, administering medications and infusions, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and educating patients and families.
