***This position qualifies for a $15,000 sign on bonus***The CT (Computed Tomography) Technologist – Lead performs high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This role requires proficiency and thorough understanding of operating imaging equipment and procedures while ensuring patient safety and maintaining imaging standards. Responsibilities also include serving as lead when direct leadership is unavailable, coordinating daily work assignments and assisting in training. Effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals is essential for providing optimal care.
Position Details:
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program and the required clinical hours
Have been completed.
Experience: Three (3) years of relevant experience OR graduate of Bachelor’s degree program
Licensure: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice.
Certification/Registration: ARRT (CT); Basic Life Support (BLS)

Preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage schedules, and coordinate daily operations.
- Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
- Thorough understanding of protocols and ability to make adjustments as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Physical Requirements:
• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
