Automotive Technician | $30–$40/Flagged Hr | Weekly Pay
High Street Auto Repair
Location: Jefferson City, MO
Schedule: Shop Open Monday–Saturday
Pay Rate: $30–$40 per Flagged Hour + Bonus Potential
Pay Type: Flat Rate
Pay Schedule: Weekly
Typical Production: 40+ Flagged Hours per Week

If you're an experienced B-Level or A-Level Automotive Technician who can handle diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and general repair independently, this could be a great fit.
You'll earn $30–$40 per flagged hour plus bonus potential, get paid weekly, and have consistent opportunities to produce 40+ flagged hours per week while working primarily on Domestic vehicles.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Perform general automotive repairs and preventive maintenance
- Complete vehicle inspections and diagnostic testing
- Test-drive vehicles for diagnosis and repair verification
- Work primarily on Domestic vehicles, along with imports and some fleet vehicles
- Assist with parts-related tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Approximately 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong B-Level skills or higher; A-Level Technicians encouraged to apply
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to perform a broad range of repairs independently
- Ability to consistently produce 40+ flagged hours per week
- ASE Certifications preferred but not required
