Experienced Meat Cutter

Performance Food Group is seeking an Experienced Meat Cutter to process and portion a variety of meat products for wholesale foodservice customers. You will break down primals, trim and cut to spec, operate saws and related equipment, and ensure accurate weights, labels, and packaging. This role follows strict food safety, quality, and safety-first procedures while meeting production goals. You’ll work in a refrigerated environment, support inventory rotation, and partner with a team that values integrity, respect, and performance-driven results.
