Pay Range: $68,550.00 – $91,409.99About Us

What You'll Be Doing
- Support process improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance, efficiency, and product quality.
- Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve production processes and reduce variability.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to troubleshoot process challenges and implement solutions.
- Participate in safety, environmental, and continuous improvement programs to support operational excellence.
- Develop technical knowledge through hands-on training, project work, and mentorship from experienced professionals.
What Are We Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or related Engineering discipline.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend actions.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with a commitment to working effectively across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality results.
Work Environment
- Primarily based in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
- Frequent interaction with production equipment, operating areas, and plant personnel.
- Combination of office-based analysis and field-based project work.
- Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety standards.
- Occasional travel may be required for training, project support, and development opportunities.
