Pay Range: $68,550.00 – $91,409.99

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support process improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance, efficiency, and product quality.
  • Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve production processes and reduce variability.
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to troubleshoot process challenges and implement solutions.
  • Participate in safety, environmental, and continuous improvement programs to support operational excellence.
  • Develop technical knowledge through hands-on training, project work, and mentorship from experienced professionals.

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or related Engineering discipline.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend actions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities with a commitment to working effectively across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

  • Primarily based in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Frequent interaction with production equipment, operating areas, and plant personnel.
  • Combination of office-based analysis and field-based project work.
  • Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety standards.
  • Occasional travel may be required for training, project support, and development opportunities.
