Graduate Practical Nurse

Genesis HCC seeks a Graduate Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, supervised nursing care in a skilled nursing and rehab setting. Working within a team-based, patient-centered model, you will assist with assessments, monitor vital signs, support medication administration, provide basic treatments, and document care in the EMR. You’ll collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to implement care plans, educate patients and families, and promote safety and comfort while building skills toward LPN licensure and long-term career growth in post-acute care.
