RN/LPN EVENING SUPERVISOR (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Bedford Hills Center

Bedford Hills Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN or LPN Evening Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and support during the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, ensuring quality resident care, supporting staff, and promoting a positive clinical environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Status: Exempt Position
On-Call Participation Required

Responsibilities Include:

  • Supervising nursing staff and daily clinical operations during the evening shift

  • Ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance

  • Providing clinical guidance and support to nursing team members

  • Responding to resident, family, and staff concerns

  • Assisting with admissions, assessments, and care planning as needed

  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal resident outcomes

  • Participating in facility on-call rotation

Qualifications:

  • Current RN or LPN license in New Hampshire

  • Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred

  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience strongly preferred

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
