Retail Staff Pharmacist

As a Staff Pharmacist at Walmart, you’ll provide safe, accurate, and efficient pharmacy services in a fast-paced retail environment. You will verify prescriptions, oversee dispensing, and counsel patients on medications, side effects, and adherence. You’ll administer immunizations, perform clinical services such as MTM and health screenings, and ensure full compliance with state and federal regulations. Working with pharmacy technicians and store associates, you will help manage inventory, optimize workflow, and deliver exceptional customer service while supporting Walmart’s values of respect, service, excellence, and integrity.
