FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist in Wheaton, MD to provide evidence-based geriatric rehabilitation in patients’ homes and senior living communities. You will perform comprehensive assessments, design individualized, functional treatment plans, and deliver one-on-one interventions focused on mobility, balance, and independence. Collaborate closely with physicians, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary team while documenting outcomes in an EMR system.
