Redhawk Auto Service is growing, and we’re hiring two experienced A-Level Automotive Technicians for our Mission Viejo location.

This is not a turn-and-burn production shop. We’re building a high-performance team of technicians who take pride in advanced diagnostics, quality repairs, clean workflows, and professional growth.

What You’ll Work On

• Advanced diagnostics and drivability concerns
• Engine performance, electrical systems, and module-level troubleshooting
• Brakes, suspension, steering, and complex repair workflows
• Preventative maintenance on high-end and daily-driver vehicles
• Collaboration with other senior technicians
• Occasional mentoring of B/C-level technicians, if desired

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience
• A-Level diagnostic and repair capability
• Strong electrical diagnostic skills preferred
• Confidence working independently on complex repairs
• Clean, organized work habits
• Team-first mindset and pride in accurate, high-quality repairs
