We are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist who is confident in comprehensive diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient communication. Your Role
As our Associate Dentist, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care while helping patients understand the value of comprehensive treatment.
We're looking for a clinician who sees the complete picture—not just the immediate concern—and enjoys educating patients, building trust, and creating treatment plans that improve long-term oral health.

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active Virginia dental license
- Minimum 4 years of clinical experience in the United States
- Experience in a PPO and/or Fee-for-Service practice preferred
- Proficiency with iTero digital scanning
- Experience with Invisalign treatment planning and case presentation
