A Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides comprehensive, community-based healthcare to residents of southwest Connecticut is adding a Family Medicine Physician. Its mission is to improve access to high-quality, affordable healthcare, particularly for underserved and uninsured populations.

About the Opportunity:

• Join one of the largest community health providers in southwestern Connecticut, serving tens of thousands of patients each year through an integrated network of medical, dental, behavioral health, and wellness services.
• We have a team of more than 50 healthcare professionals
• Total outpatient
• Call is 1:10
• Average daily patient census per Provider is 18
