- Maintain strong working relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, vendors, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
- Track project budgets, costs, labor productivity, and profitability and identify potential overages before they become significant.
- Develop corrective strategies when projects are trending over budget or behind schedule.
- Review project invoices and coordinate with accounting to ensure accurate and timely monthly billing.
- Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules and coordinate subcontractor activities.
- Provide field superintendents and foremen with complete, accurate, and workable project documents.

- Demonstrated ability to independently manage commercial construction projects from award through completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, project controls, and field operations.
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work.
- Proven experience managing project budgets, costs, productivity, profitability, invoices, and billing.
- Proven experience managing submittals, RFIs, ASIs, and change orders.
- Experience developing and managing construction schedules.
- Experience coordinating and managing subcontractors, vendors, and material suppliers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple active projects, priorities, deadlines, and competing demands.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
