Full job description

Driven by our core value to "Improve the Lives of Those Around You," the Partner Support Specialist position provides a great opportunity to advance your career within Clear Capital through training and exposure to the real estate valuation industry. Working closely with nationwide Real Estate Professionals, you will ensure that customers receive high-quality valuation services and products in a timely manner. In this role, you will support our real estate partners by maintaining updated records and progress reports while removing any obstacles that delay deliveries.

What You Will Work On

  • Efficiently manage and process customer orders.
  • Allocate orders to real estate experts who satisfy customer specifications and service level goals.
  • Monitor order workflows to verify that customer milestones are met.
  • Serve as a primary connector between our customers and partners.
  • Maintain professional communications with real estate specialists through multiple channels.
  • Keep document logs and records current with precise, detailed entries.
  • Cultivate and support constructive vendor relationships.

    • What You Can Expect

  • Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $19.00 - $24.50 hourly, depending on your location, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation offerings include a company profit-sharing bonus program, communication stipends, and referral bonuses.
