Occupational Therapist - Rehab- Occupational Therapy

Cedars Healthcare Center, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Leonardtown, MD, seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide person-centered rehabilitation services. The OT will evaluate functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver skilled interventions to maximize residents’ independence, safety, and quality of life across short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory care. Working within an interdisciplinary team, the OT will document accurately, educate residents and families, and contribute to a compassionate, resident-focused environment that supports professional growth within the CommuniCare Family of Companies.
