General Dentist – Washington, DC & Arlington, VA
Join two thriving, well-established sister practices—Beautiful Smiles DC and Gentle Care Dentists! We're seeking an experienced General Dentist to provide exceptional patient care across both locations. You'll step into a busy, established patient base with full hygiene schedules, modern technology, and an outstanding team dedicated to clinical excellence.
Schedule
- Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Washington, DC)
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Arlington, VA)
- Some Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits
- 35% of collections
- $2,000 annual Continuing Education stipend

Duties & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions using evidence-based practices
- Perform comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, restorative procedures, crowns, and preventive care
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, specialists, and administrative staff
- Uphold the highest clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Active dental license in Washington, DC, and Virginia (or eligible for licensure in both)
- 3–4 years of clinical experience preferred
- Confident managing a full patient schedule
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
