Full job description

Speech Language Pathologist (School) will conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver therapy to school-aged students in Bremerton, WA. This 36-week contract offers up to $90 per hour and supports students' communication goals through collaboration with teachers and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders

  • Develop individualized educational plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs

  • Implement and monitor therapy programs to improve speech, language, and communication skills

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress and extracurricular communication goals

  • Document student progress and maintain detailed, compliant records

Qualifications:

  • Active SLP license

  • 0+ years of experience

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work with children in an educational environment

  • Flexibility to adapt to school schedules

  • Background check clearance

  • Positive interpersonal skills
