As an ICU Registered Nurse in Mercy’s Cardiac ICU, you will deliver advanced, compassionate care to critically ill cardiac patients on night shift. You’ll perform ongoing assessments, manage complex hemodynamics, administer IV medications and drips, and operate ventilators and monitoring equipment. Working closely with intensivists, cardiologists, and a multidisciplinary team, you’ll help shape individualized care plans, support patients and families through challenging situations, and uphold Mercy’s culture of respect, collaboration, and continuous learning while contributing to lifesaving outcomes.
