FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide evidence-based care to older adults in their homes and senior living communities. In this full-time role, you will perform evaluations, develop functional and person-centered treatment plans, and deliver speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document outcomes using EMR tools.
