Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital seeks a compassionate RN to join our Emergency Room night shift team (7pm). The RN provides rapid assessment, triage, and evidence-based emergency care to diverse, often high-acuity patients, coordinating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary staff. Responsibilities include medication administration, monitoring, stabilization, documentation, and patient/family education. RNs uphold our mission of health equity and culturally responsive care for underserved communities while contributing to a collaborative, learning-focused environment with strong clinical and professional growth opportunities.
