Licensed Practical Nurse

Columbine Manor Care Center in Salida, CO is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The LPN will provide direct bedside care, administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, and support individualized care plans for long-term and short-stay residents. You’ll collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, physicians, and families to promote dignity, safety, and quality of life.
