Clinical Specialist Nurse

Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) seeks a WOC Nurse Specialist to deliver expert wound, ostomy, and continence care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you’ll perform advanced patient assessments, develop evidence-based care plans, and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes. You’ll educate patients, families, and staff on WOC management, serve as a clinical resource across the network, and support quality improvement initiatives.
