Opportunity Details
Medicus has partnered with a hospital in Jacksonville, Florida, with an opening for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide Cardiovascular Surgery locum tenens coverage.
About the Opening:
- Schedule: 24-hour call, specific dates
- Daily Volume: 30 patients
- Procedures Required: First assist on CABG, valve, aortic, and thoracic cases, including EVH/saphenous vein harvesting
- Radial artery harvesting and endoscopic vein harvesting preferred
- Full subspecialty support
- EMR: Meditech, Patient Keeper, and eCW
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible
- ACLS, BLS, and DEA required
- Paid travel & expenses
