Full job description

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer & Lead with strong hands-on development and technical leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java/J2EE, ReactJS, and Angular, along with the ability to lead technical initiatives and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to Java and front-end development teams.
Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot .
Develop modern, responsive, and reusable user interfaces using ReactJS and Angular .
Work closely with business analysts, product owners, architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
Define application architecture, technical standards, coding practices, and development guidelines.
Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices .

Required Qualifications

10+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Java/J2EE development.
Proven experience in designing and developing enterprise-level applications.
