As Uline's Director of Benefits, you'll lead and evolve our enterprise benefits portfolio supporting employees across the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Position Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Uline’s long-term benefits strategy, ensuring programs align with workforce needs and business objectives.
• Lead the design, implementation and administration of health, welfare, retirement, wellness, workers compensation, disability and leave programs across the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
• Partner with leadership and vendors to evaluate benefit plans, keep offerings competitive and drive exceptional service.
• Serve as Uline's benefits expert and financial steward, advising HR and executive leadership on program effectiveness, industry trends and employee experience.
• Guide and develop the Benefits team and committees, building a positive, high-performing culture.
• Create and execute benefits communications to make complex information clear and engaging for employees.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive benefits experience, including leadership experience within a large, complex organization.
• Experience managing benefit vendors, negotiations and strategic partnerships.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives.
• Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) or other HR certification preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems. Workday a plus.
