Gentle Dental Springfield is looking for a full-time Dental Assistant to join an established team that believes great patient care and a great work environment go hand in hand.

Schedule: Full-Time

Pay: $24.00 – $27.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Certificate from a Dental Assisting Program
  • Valid healthcare provider CPR/BLS certification

Qualifications That May Increase Starting Pay

Your experience and additional certifications matter! Starting pay may increase based on:

  • Previous dental assisting experience
  • EFDA certification
  • X-ray certification
  • Bilingual Spanish skills
  • Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), when applicable
