Corporate Transactions Associate Attorney

A leading law firm is seeking a corporate transactions attorney to join a sophisticated practice advising businesses and investors on complex transactions within the healthcare sector.

The attorney will take an active role throughout the lifecycle of transactions, including preparing and negotiating deal documents, overseeing diligence, coordinating multidisciplinary workstreams, and helping manage matters through closing. The position offers meaningful responsibility and direct involvement with sophisticated clients and transactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of substantive corporate transactional experience
• Meaningful M&A experience with strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience managing transaction diligence and closing processes
• Healthcare industry experience is highly valued but not required
• Exposure to private equity or investment-driven transactions is beneficial
• Strong academic background and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple transaction workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Active Tennessee bar in good standing or eligibility for admission
