Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our team at The Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing at Washington Township. Our state-of-the-art facility is designed to provide exceptional care to our patients, and we are committed to delivering personalized, patient-centered care in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing treatments as prescribed by physicians

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members

  • Conduct patient assessments, identify areas of concern, and report findings to registered nurses and other healthcare professionals
